Waters of the Womb Healing Sessions
Waters of the womb healing sessions are a two-hour one-on-one journey tunning into the womb space's creative, vital, and holy waters. During this session, Lauren looks into any fragmentation, psychic debris, psychic chords, or energetic imprints that may be taking away from the expression of the womb in its heavenly and healthy creative states. Waters of the Womb sessions are recommended for any woman who wants to connect more deeply to the wisdom of her womb and remove old stories and patterns from this space that affect what she has the capacity to birth into her life. During this time, Lauren receives different messages, symbols, and energetic pings regarding what may be creating blockages or disassociation in this space. Lauren utilizes energetic psychic medicinal, vibrational medicine, and quantum healing methods in this space to move old or unwelcome energies. Herbal Medicine and Art
Lauren has been studying herbal remedies and different plant medicines for almost a decade worldwide. It brings her great joy to share organic herbal remedies she creates from nature and Colorado's locally grown plants, local honey, and locally crafted spirits. The available medicine cabinet is often changing and offered at in-person events alongside Lauren's paintings and artwork. Herbal medicine is a form of art and is meant to be shared. Quantum Soul scans and energetic attunements

This unique offering is a one-on-one session for 1.5-2 hours facilitated in person or via zoom. During this session, you will enter into the quantum field alongside Lauren, and she will observe any soul loss, fragmentation, or blockages present in your energetic field. Witnessing where there may be any subconscious patterning, old energetic debris, or energetic imprints that create disharmony within your soul and active systems. This is also a good time for energetically attuning if you feel you have been undergoing great transformation and could use energetic assistance during the process. When soul loss or fragmentation has occurred, it can be recognized through feeling frequent sadness, confusion, loss, or feeling disconnected from harmony and happiness within your life. During this session, vibrational medicine and energetic clearing/extraction tools are utilized to remove that which is not organic to your internal architecture and soul's blueprint. Sometimes there are dormant pockets of creative energy that want to be supported to assist you in activating your stationery gifts or power. Quantum Soul Scans and energetic attunement is an intense process, so please allow yourself time before and after to rest, integrate and ease into the shifts. Spiritual Counseling & Facilitation ​​

Lauren utilizes her counseling skills training from the University of International Psychological Studies; Voice dialogue, gestalt, non-violent communication, Inner child healing, holotropic breathwork, meditation, chakra healing, and family dynamics to offer clients a safe space to process challenging emotions, circumstances, grief, and life events. Lauren has a policy of working with clients for a three-month minimum in this context unless you are a previous client familiar with her facilitation work style. Lauren does this so clients are assured a secure space to explore deeper seeded emotions, feelings, and traumas in a safe and integrative way. This framework is different than traditional talk therapy because it creates a context to examine deeper threads of consciousness and psychological patterning. You can receive these sessions in person or via zoom. These sessions are available for 1 or 2 hours. One hour is $144USD and 2 hours is $244USD for single sessions. Events and Retreats

This Summer, Lauren will be offering Intuitive readings, Herbal medicine and Quantum Soul scans, and energetic attunements at The Telluride Yoga Festival in Telluride, CO, June 23rd-26th, 2022.

You can find Lauren at Drishti beats Yoga Festival in Snowmass, Co July 8th-10th, 2022

And Unison Festival at Tico Time Ranch in Aztec, NM, September 11th-14th, 2022.

Lauren does not currently have any group retreats planned but may be making an appearance facilitating at Envision Festival in Costa Rica in February 2023. Stay tuned.
